Ski Challenge 08 – the new season of the world’s biggest ski race is underway! · 2007/12/06
The global fan base had been waiting with heightened anticipation – and now they’re off! Following two incredibly successful years, SC:07 has been launched with a number of new features. In addition to the new run in Val d’Isere, there are plenty of improvements.
Once again this season millions of skiers from all over the world will compete against each other. Ski Challenge 08 has been licensed for various countries: Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Norway. New to the fold are Canada, Skandinavia, Croatia and Slovenia.
Important data: tracks (qualification period)
- Gröden (middle of December 2007)
- Bormio (end of December 2007)
- Wengen (middle of January 2008)
- Kitzbühel (middle of January 2008)
- Val d’sere (at the beginning of February 2008)
For the current season, 4 to 5 million competitors are expected.
