Ski Challenge 07 goes mobile, 01.02.2007
Ski Challenge, Green- tube’s flagship 3D eSport
game, which is expected to be downloaded over
5 million times this season, has been launched as a mobile version
that can be downloaded
directly to your mobile phone.
Ski Challenge has now been licensed to 5 European broadcasters
and is being financed by dynamic in-game advertising. Millions
of fans worldwide will have the future opportunity to race downhill
on their mobile phones whilst out and about.
Austrian-based Mobilkom is the first mobile operator to offer the
games with all of the well-known tracks including Wengen, Kitzbühel
and the World Championship track of Aare in Sweden.
The download game was made available in Austria at the beginning
of January 2007 with a high acceptance among Mobilkom’s customers.
It has already exceeded expectations.

The global fan base had been waiting with heightened anticipation – but now they’re off! Following two incredibly successful years, SC:07 has been launched with a number of new features. In addition to the new run in Åre, there are plenty of improvements, such as enhanced graphics and extended configuration options.
Once again this season millions of skiers from all over the world will compete against each other. Ski Challenge 07 has been licensed for four different countries: Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Norway. There are also new partners on board, namely Pro7 in Germany and NRK in Norway.
