At Greentube, we understand how important appreciation and recognition are, and how impactful they can be to how people feel at work. They can build motivation, connection, and a sense of belonging, shaping how people experience their workplace overall.
We spoke to Radmila Tanasijevic, Section Head of Group Learning & Development, and a key driver behind many exciting new initiatives around this core value, to talk about the significance of recognition and appreciation, and why they hold such an important place in our company’s culture.
How important is recognition and appreciation at Greentube?
Radmila Tanasijevic: Showing appreciation in Greentube was always an important cultural enabler and with our internal initiative “Celebrating Success” we take this one step further by intentionally recognizing achievements, both big and small. For us, recognition is not about formal awards, but about embedding appreciation into everyday ways of working. Our goal is to make recognition a natural and consistent part of meetings, collaboration, and team culture.
What does it mean to people of Greentube?
For the people of Greentube, Celebrating Success means feeling seen, appreciated, and valued for their contributions. It creates space for genuine recognition that strengthens trust, motivation, and team connection. By making appreciation a natural part of daily work, it helps Greentubers understand how their individual and collective achievements contribute to shared goals and company values. Ultimately, it fosters a more positive, engaging workplace where people feel proud of what they do and are motivated to grow together.

Radmila Tanasijevic: “Celebrating success reinforces the behaviours and values we want to see more of at Greentube: collaboration, initiative, creativity, and accountability”
What is our commitment to this initiative?
Our commitment is to actively embed Celebrating Success into how we work at Greentube. This means providing clear guidance, leadership support, and the right environment for teams to recognise achievements in meaningful and consistent ways. We are committed to listening to employee feedback, continuously improving the initiative, and supporting managers and teams.
Why is it important to celebrate success?
Celebrating success reinforces the behaviours and values we want to see more of at Greentube: collaboration, initiative, creativity, and accountability. It also supports well-being and engagement by creating a positive feedback culture where effort and contribution are acknowledged. Ultimately, celebrating success helps build momentum, increases retention, and fosters a workplace where people feel valued, inspired, and proud to be part of Greentube which is our ultimate goal.
