In 2019, Greentube became the first Austrian supplier to receive Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4) certification, the world’s strictest international player protection standard.
We are now extremely pleased to announce that Greentube has received recertification for Greentube GmbH and Greentube Malta Ltd, and has also been granted additional certifications for four key websites within the Greentube Group. A total of six certificates have been awarded for:
- Funstage GmbH
- Stargames.de
- Starvegas.es
- admiralcasino.co.uk
Recertification was achieved for:
- Greentube GmbH
- Greentube Malta Ltd
To achieve these certifications, Greentube was tested rigorously on many criteria. A series of interviews with a variety of people across the Greentube Group was conducted by independent auditors via Teams. In addition to the interviews, the auditors also analysed in-house guidelines and codes of conduct, staff training on addiction prevention, age identification and youth protection, as well as the information available to customers on the risks of gaming, self-limitation tools and self-blocking options as part of the voluntary process.
Achieving recertification and first-time certification for these key websites sends a clear message that we are not only committed to the continuous improvement of our games and products but also to helping ensure players enjoy them safely.
It is a testament to the hard work of everyone involved and once again shows how seriously we take the ‘responsible entertainment first’ mindset at every level. Therefore, a special thank you goes to everyone who helped Greentube reach such high standards.
