This is the second time that Greentube has received this prestigious award, and once again underlines the importance the company places on employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
These core values are not only prevalent in our Vienna headquarters but exist throughout the Greentube Group. Proof of this is the fact that our largest subsidiary abroad, Greentube Malta, also received certification on the first attempt.
The Great Place to Work® certification is awarded following employee surveys and a company culture audit which assesses HR measures, procedures and policies and ensures that team members trust whom they work for, take pride in their work and enjoy the people they work with.
Receiving this award is further confirmation of the fantastic work being done at every level within the company to ensure Greentube’s employees are not just satisfied, but are happy and healthy in every aspect of their jobs. The feedback received from this survey will further help us to continue to improve our set of standards that drive company culture and ensure that Greentube remains a great place to work.
